In-Person

In-Person Counselling is when you meet your counsellor face-to-face in a safe and private space. This gives you the chance to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without distractions.

Being in the same room can help you feel more connected and supported. Your counsellor will listen carefully, understand your situation, and guide you in a way that helps you feel calmer, stronger, and more in control.

In-person sessions are ideal if you prefer personal interaction and a quiet, confidential place to focus on your healing. My counselling room is based at Ransom Woods, near Mansfield, Nottingham, offering you a peaceful and comfortable environment to work through your journey.

Online video

Online Video Counselling lets you talk to your counsellor through a secure video call, from the comfort of your own home. You don’t need to travel, which makes it easier to fit into your day.

During the session, you can speak openly about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, while your counsellor listens, supports, and guides you just like in a face-to-face session. Online counselling is a flexible and safe way to receive professional help, no matter where you are, so you can start your journey towards healing at your own pace

Telephone

Telephone Counselling allows you to speak with your counsellor over the phone, making it a convenient and private way to get support. You can connect from anywhere, without needing to travel or set up video.

During the call, you can talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and challenges, while your counsellor listens, understands, and guides you. Many people find it easier to share when they are not face-to-face. Telephone counselling is flexible, safe, and designed to help you work through your difficulties at your own pace.

Walk & Talk

Walk and Talk Counselling is a type of therapy where you don’t sit in an office. Instead, you go for a walk outside while talking with your counsellor. Walking side by side can feel more relaxed and less stressful than sitting face-to-face.

Being outdoors can help you feel calmer and more open to sharing your thoughts and feelings. It’s a great way to think clearly, reduce stress, and work through problems while also moving your body. The counsellor listens, supports, and guides you, just like in a normal session only in a more natural, relaxed setting.
