About me
Welcome to Freedom Counselling, offering counselling in Mansfield. My name is Teresa MBACP, a BACP registered counsellor, dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to freedom from life’s challenges.
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for adults specifically focusing on helping clients break free from the chains of alcoholism, addiction and domestic abuse. I understand the profound impact trauma, (especially childhood trauma) can have on your life, and I am here to support you on your journey towards recovery, healing and freedom.
