Introduction<\/h2>\n

I provide a safe and supportive space for adults who are ready to take the first step towards healing. My name is Teresa MBACP, a registered BACP counsellor, dedicated to helping individuals break free from the challenges of alcoholism, addiction, and domestic abuse.<\/p>\n

I understand the deep and lasting impact trauma especially childhood trauma can have on your life. My approach is centred on walking alongside you, offering compassion, understanding, and guidance as you regain control, rebuild your strength, and work towards lasting wellbeing.<\/p>\n

Together, we will focus on creating balance, finding calm in the storm, and giving you the freedom to make your own choices. Whether you are facing daily struggles or navigating long-standing difficulties, I am here to support you on your journey towards recovery, healing, and hope.<\/p>\n

I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space for adults, specifically focusing on helping clients break free from the chains of alcoholism, addiction, and domestic abuse. I understand the profound impact trauma (especially childhood trauma) can have on your life, and I am here to support you on your journey towards recovery, healing, and freedom.<\/p>\n

My approach is focused on you walking alongside you to help you feel empowered to regain control, rebuild and achieve lasting wellbeing, and find calm in the storm. Freedom to make your own choices is key. Together we can work towards finding more balance. Life can be difficult to navigate sometimes whether your struggles are daily or deep-seated issues, I am here to help.<\/p>\n
